I took my camera out the first thing in the morning to capture a few shots.

We had booked in at the Port Macquarie Golf Course for an 11am start but when we got there we discovered that my booking was one day out and there was a competition in progress so had to wait until 12noon. This wasn’t a major issue.

The club house was quite impressive and a ladies vets social was in progress. The quality of both the hire clubs and the course were excellent. However, it was very windy and Sheila’s cap blew off a couple of times and mine being so large made my whole body sway as I prepared to hit some of the shots.

In the evening after a bit of housekeeping we headed off to The Grill again for another meal.
